Privacy notice

Last updated 15 October 2026

SpineUI is a free educational tool. This page explains what we keep about you, and what we do not.

Using SpineUI

  • You do not need an account. Nothing you type, no image you open and no document you read is uploaded: it all stays in your own browser.
  • A share link carries its spine inside the link itself. We do not store it.
  • Settings and saved spines are kept in your browser's own storage on your device. You can clear them at any time.
  • We use anonymous page-view and speed measurements (Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights). They do not see what you enter.

The contact form

If you write to us, you give us:

  • your name, your email address, what your message is about, and the message itself.

We use them only to read and answer your message. Your message is sent by email to the person who runs SpineUI, and we send a short confirmation to the address you gave. We do not add you to any list, sell your details or share them for advertising. We keep the email for as long as it takes to help you, and you can ask us to delete it.

Please do not put medical details, scans or anything private in your message. SpineUI is not a medical service and cannot give medical advice.

Who else handles it

  • An email service sends our emails and delivers your message.
  • Our hosting provider (Vercel) serves the site and keeps ordinary server logs.

Your choices

  • You can ask to see or delete anything we hold about you by writing to support@spineui.app.
  • You can clear your browser's site data to remove everything SpineUI stored on your device.

Not for emergencies or children

SpineUI is an educational tool and not a medical device. If something is urgent, contact a doctor or your local emergency number.
